Topiary Park Crossing is designed to serve residents at 60%, 80% and 100% of area median income (AMI) with household incomes starting at $41,700 annually.

An outdoor Terrace complete with lounge furniture, BBQ grills, an area for communal television and movie watching, and landscaping and aesthetics designed to foster community.
A Fitness Center on the first floor, featuring top-of-the-line Echelon smart equipment including bikes, treadmills and mirrors. The Fitness Center is complimentary and accessible to all residents.
A premier Club Room, where programs and activities will be held for residents. This area will also be made available for rental by residents for private events.
