On a quiet Coconut Grove center upscale residential street, no traffic except very few local. It's just a short walk to the Bay, Marina, Yacht Club, Cocowalk, Commodore Plaza, Fresh Market food store, trendy cafes, galleries and boutiques, minutes from downtown Miami, Miami Seaport, South Beach, sandy tropical Beaches of Virginia Key and Key Biscayne, Marina & yachting or sailing facilities, Airport., Starbucks, Monty's and Flannighan restaurants, Fresh Market, all less than 5 minutes walking distance.
