For fire safety the building is equipped with a system of sprinklers, alarms, and fire doors. To reduce sound the second and third hallways and the main stairs are carpeted. Entry doors to the building are kept locked, and each apartment is connected to an intercom located beside the main entrance. There is a coin operated laundry. Parking is on the street. All utilities are included in the rent: gas, water, trash, electric, and sewer. The lease is one year. There is no application fee. Sorry, no pets.
